Excellent large house with spacious communal areas, good for family or large groups. Convenient location with easy access to London and the South. Good facilities, well-equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom. Amazing beds, nice quiet road, free parking. Ben as a host was amazing, good communication and ensured our comfort throughout the stay.

Our stay at Marlborough Villa was wonderful! We were with little children and the spacious house provided us with the perfect space. The location was convenient for long walks near Worth town and exploring Brighton. The house itself was warm and cozy, with a spacious kitchen area. Ben, our host, was fantastic - he was excellent with communication and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood with easy access to parks, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the airport, and many good restaurants. It was ideal for a weekend getaway or a gathering with family and friends. The hotel itself was in wonderful condition, with all the facilities I needed to feel at home. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the parking space was ample. On top of everything, the staff, especially Ben, were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay a truly wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again!
